(CONOCE EL INFORME COMPLETO).-<\/h3>\n<p>El Municipio de Putaendo qued\u00f3 en el lugar 130 de las 345 municipalidades evaluadas por el Consejo para la Transparencia, al incrementar su puntaje en un 41,38% con relaci\u00f3n a la \u00faltima evaluaci\u00f3n. Su puntaje final subi\u00f3 de 16,12% a 57,5%.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien hay un incremento importante, aun falta mucho por hacer, pero ya sali\u00f3 del grupo de riesgo, donde quedaron 88 municipalidades que ser\u00e1n sumariadas por el Consejo.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3lo Providencia obtuvo el 100%. En tanto en la V Regi\u00f3n, Quillota y Calle Larga, estuvieron entre los 10 primeros del pa\u00eds con un 95,52 y un 95,49 respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente del Consejo,\u00a0<strong>Jorge Jaraquemada<\/strong>, valor\u00f3 que los municipios &#8220;<strong>han avanzado a un 47,4 por ciento<\/strong>\u00a0(de cumplimiento),\u00a0<strong>lo cual representa un avance de 17 puntos porcentuales<\/strong>; significativo, pero a\u00fan, obviamente, muy insuficiente si nosotros lo comparamos con los est\u00e1ndares de cumplimiento de la transparencia activa que exhiben los \u00f3rganos de la administraci\u00f3n central del Estado, que en su conjunto bordean un promedio de un 97 por ciento&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00eda muy interesante que el municipio putaendino publicare su informe individual en su sitio web, de modo que estuviese disponible para quien quiera revisar los detalles.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a title=\"Informe de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Municipal 2013 \" href=\"http:\/\/www.consejotransparencia.cl\/consejo\/site\/artic\/20130722\/asocfile\/20130722105515\/ppt_fiscalizacion.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">PINCHA AQU\u00cd PARA CONOCER EL INFORME DE FISCALIZACI\u00d3N MUNICIPAL 2013<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ocupa el lugar 130 entre 345 municipios evaluados por Consejo para la Transparencia.
