Aqu\u00ed no hubo ni una conversaci\u00f3n ni coordinaci\u00f3n por parte del municipio, por tanto el puente no se va a cerrar\u201d, <\/em>aclar\u00f3 la autoridad de Vialidad, quien tiene tuici\u00f3n sobre el citado puente y los caminos rurales en la comuna.<\/p>\n<p>Lizama inform\u00f3 que para autorizar el cierre de una carretera o puente debe haber una coordinaci\u00f3n entre la Seremi de Obras P\u00fablicas y el Intendente, quienes se basan en informes de Carabineros y Bomberos. Nada de eso habr\u00eda ocurrido en este caso<em>, &#8220;por lo tanto ni siquiera yo puedo autorizarlo y me molesta que p\u00fablicamente se diga que el cierre del Puente Putaendo fue autorizado por Vialidad Provincial\u201d, <\/em>expres\u00f3 la autoridad.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/putaendouno.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/mega-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-20132\" src=\"http:\/\/putaendouno.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/mega-1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"139\" height=\"104\" srcset=\"http:\/\/putaendouno.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/mega-1-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/putaendouno.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/mega-1.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 139px) 100vw, 139px\" \/><\/a>Claramente alguien se salt\u00f3 los protocolos y procedimientos, provocando el desaguisado malentendido.
