Otros nueve pacientes se encuentran en observaci\u00f3n.-<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dos personas fallecieron y otras nueve se encuentran en observaci\u00f3n debido a una posible administraci\u00f3n err\u00f3nea de medicamentos en el Hospital San Jos\u00e9 de Melipilla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Los pacientes se encuentran estables y sin riesgo vital, tras la\u00a0administraci\u00f3n equivocada de insulina en vez de heparina, lo que habr\u00eda causado la muerte de un hombre de 81 a\u00f1os y una mujer de 82 a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Iv\u00e1n Oyarz\u00fan, director del centro hospitalario, indic\u00f3 que &#8220;hemos generado una auditor\u00eda cl\u00ednica para recabar antecedentes y seg\u00fan lo que dicta el protocolo\u00a0se har\u00e1 un sumario administrativo para recabar las \u00faltimas causas&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Con respecto al posible error en la entrega del medicamento, Oyarz\u00fan sostuvo que\u00a0&#8220;esa es la hip\u00f3tesis que tenemos de trabajo. Estamos recopilando informaci\u00f3n al respecto al asunto y ser\u00eda la hip\u00f3tesis m\u00e1s probable, pero todav\u00eda est\u00e1 en curso la investigaci\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La ministra de Salud, Helia Molina, ya est\u00e1 en conocimiento del caso.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hospital suministr\u00f3 insulina en vez de heparina.
