Este lunes la Corte Internacional de Justicia (CIJ) de La Haya entreg\u00f3 su fallo por el diferendo que enfrentaba a Chile y Per\u00fa.-<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>De esta forma, la Corte determin\u00f3 que el Hito N\u00ba1 es el punto de inicio de la frontera mar\u00edtima entre ambos pa\u00edses. As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n establece que la frontera sigue el paralelo hasta 80 millas mar\u00edtimas.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la CIJ entrega a Per\u00fa, de manera t\u00e1cita, el tri\u00e1ngulo exterior de territorio mar\u00edtimo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/putaendouno.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Resultdo-21.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10582\" alt=\"Resultdo-21\" src=\"http:\/\/putaendouno.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Resultdo-21.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"351\" srcset=\"http:\/\/putaendouno.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Resultdo-21.jpg 640w, http:\/\/putaendouno.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Resultdo-21-300x164.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En consecuencia, el fallo rompe el statu quo, pero seg\u00fan los primeros comentarios, no afectar\u00eda mayormente a los pescadores chilenos, sobre todo a los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os que tienen un radio de faena de unas 40 millas.<\/p>\n<p>La lectura del fallo por el presidente del tribunal, Peter Tomka, dur\u00f3 un poco m\u00e1s de dos horas.
